Some boiler and burner designs increase the noise effect. The combustion noise of natural gas is higher than other fuels. The noise produced by natural gas-powered boilers should not exceed 50 dB. That's why silencers are used. These are elements designed to keep the sound level resulting from possible excessive speed in chimney ducts at the level allowed by standards and to dampen excessive sound intensity. These round cross-section silencers are produced in round type. Insulation thicknesses are available in two different types for each model, 50mm and 100mm, depending on demand. The body, partitions and flanges of all silencers are made of galvanized sheet metal, and 50kg/m3 density pressed glass wool is used as filling material. The surfaces are additionally covered with fibroglass and can withstand air speeds of 20m/s. The entire muffler surface is covered with perforated material.
